TCBU Webinar on “The Future of India’s MEP”

Mechanical, Electrical and Public health engineering (MEP) is the most discussed branch of sustainable construction. World around MEP services are not only converting a building into a livable space with healthy and ready-to-move ambience, but also enhance the energy efficiency of construction structures. However, the present pandemic has impacted the building and construction sector. MEP service providers being a most critical aspect in the construction field have been facing the crunch of it. Although the Government of India has allocated required permissions for commencement of projects, how will they bounce back to the previous momentum? The present global situation has increased emphasis on having a new safety and sanitation protocol. Also, with the booming number of technical graduates in India, we foresee a great quality of engineering designs to enhance MEP services across the building and construction sector.

On 6th January 2021, TCBU conducted an interactive session on “The Future of India’s MEP”. A panel of MEP and Energy experts talked about the opportunities, challenges, technologies and innovative design for enhanced MEP services in sustainable construction
