Twiga introduces glasswool insulation line

U. P. Twiga Fiberglass Limited (Twiga) held a ceremony for its new Glasswool insulation line at its Sikandrabad factory. Ranvir Prasad, I. A. S., Managing Director, U P State Industrial Development Corporation Limited was the chief guest in the ceremony.The event also witnessed the presence of Board of Directors and other distinguished guests.

This new line will enhance the manufacturing capacity of Twiga and also help in introducing innovative products for the customers.

As a manufacturer of glasswool insulation products and solutions in India, Twiga has a 35-year track record of supplying insulation products to Indian and overseas customers. The company is a licensee of Isover Saint-Gobain.The hallmark of Twiga products are their superior fire properties, acoustic properties and thermal insulation properties.Its thermal and acoustic insulation brand in India is also present in international markets such as Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam. Twiga has factories in Ambernath (M.H) and Sikandrabad (U.P) with a total capacity of 18,000 MT per year.

Product range includes glasswool insulation blankets, bats, boards with and without aluminium, polypropylene, glass cloth and tissue lamination; HVAC prefabricated duct boards and acoustic boards; preformed chilled water and hot water pipe-sections; insulated and un-insulated flexible ducts; fiberglass tissue.

The application areas for TwigaInsul include building envelope, HVAC, drywall partition, pre-engineered buildings and light gauge/pre-fabricated structures. Other segments include cold storage, bus-body, metro rail cars, long distance rail coaches and many other processes/niche segments.
