The company showcased its innovative strength in HVAC instrumentation and innovative products at ACREX India 2023.
WIKA India, (WIKA Instruments India Pvt. Ltd)—the wholly-owned subsidiary of WIKA Global (WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co. KG, Germany), showcased its innovative strength in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) instrumentation and innovative products at ACREX India 2023. It was exclusively built around the exhibition’s theme of “Engineering Towards Net Zero”.
Gaurav Bawa, Senior Vice President, WIKA India said, “WIKA booth at ACREX provided an opportunity for visitors to explore a comprehensive product line of reliable measuring instruments for central air-handling units and ventilation systems that can fulfill the ambitious sustainability and energy conservation goals of enterprises, businesses at all levels including households. We are looking forward to experiencing the customer recognition of our global products, which have been redesigned to fit into Indian choices and processes.”
“WIKA has embarked on a path of continuous optimisation, market and customer orientation,
an uncompromising approach to quality, and environmental protection. Measurement technology that includes thermometers, pressure gauges, pressure sensors, switches, and integrated pressure gauges with the electronic pressure switch or output signal are just a few technologies that WIKA presents. WIKA has a huge opportunity to grow in the HVAC industry as we work with customers for customized solutions from nearly 50 plus temperature and pressure control products,” Bawa added.
The exhibition’s intent was to bring innovations together and India is an attractive market for all HVAC players. According to Pescient & Strategic Intelligence Trends & Growth Forecast, “The Indian HVAC market size was $7,820.5 million in 2021, and it is projected to reach $29,282.7 million by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 15.8% between 2021 and 2030. The growth is ascribed to rampant infrastructure development, technological advancements, and the rising tourism activities across the country.”
“Residential constructions, digitalisation of processes, smarter equipment and deeper mechanisation of processes need pre-planned HVAC design to maintain the optimum temperature inside closed spaces, achieve proper ventilation and make the operations sustainable and green. Advancements in technology in this sector is fundamental to greener future and WIKA looks forward to play a crucial role in market creation and quality interventions,” Bawa said.
