Sterling and Wilson and DataVolt partner for the development of data centers

On the sidelines of the on-going Indo-Saudi Business during G20 Summit in New Delhi, India,  collaboration among both the parties was formalised immediately following the Group of 20 (G20) Summit held in New Delhi, India, as part of an initiative to strengthen bonds between India and Saudi Arabia.

Sterling and Wilson Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group and a prominent Indian engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Data Volt Information Technology Company, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. DataVolt is a sustainable data center developer and operator with interests in emerging markets worldwide. The primary aim of this MoU is to collaborate on the development and construction of data centers in various countries, adhering to the highest international standards.

These data centers will harness DataVolt’s expertise in project development and combine it with Sterling and Wilson’s extensive experience in designing and constructing large-scale, sustainable data centers that are well-prepared for the future. Both companies have a strong track record of seamlessly integrating advanced technology and sustainable practices into their projects.

The Company is currently executing projects in India, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
