Riche Mittal appointed as National President for ISHRAE

Richie Mittal, an HVAC consultant with over 30 years of experience, has been named president of the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE).

Mittal joined ISHRAE in 1987 holding various positions including national treasurer, secretary, and president of the Delhi Chapter. He is also a current board member of the USA’s Indoor Air Quality Association and a council representative at ASHRAE.

He is currently MD of Overdrive Engineering Pvt Ltd, a company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, offering design, engineering and consultancy services in industrial evaporative cooling, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

ISHRAE promotes research in the field of HVAC&R technology. It offers financial support to Graduate/Post Graduate students, to carry out innovative work on R & D in Technology, Systems, and Processes. ISHRAE partners with Industry to carry out scientific research t Institutes associated with ISHRAE for this purpose.
