REHAU will showcase its pre-insulated pipe systems at the InstallerSHOW 2024 in Birmingham, UK. The RAUVITHERM system is ideal for various applications, including heat pumps and small-medium heat networks.
REHAU plans to highlight the importance of its pre-insulated pipe systems in the future of district heating and heat pumps at the forthcoming InstallerSHOW 2024, which will be held at the NEC in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
RAUVITHERM’s versatility makes it the ideal choice for a wide range of applications, from heat pumps to small-medium heat networks. These two applications are crucial to national decarbonisation ambitions, particularly since recent figures reveal that the UK district heating market share is now less than 3 percent, but it must reach 20 percent by 2050 to meet government targets.
The government aims to install over 600,000 heat pump systems annually by 2028, necessitating an efficient pipe system for externally located systems. Pre-insulated pipes are needed for systems away from homes, transferring heat with minimal loss. These systems, whether old or new, help lower carbon output, a topic discussed at REHAU’s upcoming seminar on decarbonising heritage estates.

REHAU will host a competition to see who can make a REHAU fitting in the fastest time. Participants will demonstrate how easy it is to install REHAU’s pipe fittings and compete against the clock. The fastest time each day will win a £150 Love2shop voucher. REHAU will be at stand 5H47 from 25 to 27 June 2024.
