The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), formalising this collaboration, was exchanged on 8 February 2024 at the inaugural edition of the International Energy Festival of Kerala (IEFK), held at the Tagore Theatre, scheduled from 7-9 February 2024. Following the MOU exchange, AEEE organized a discussion at IEFK on ‘Catalysing Energy Efficiency in States through the ESCO Route’.

The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation between EMC Kerala and AEEE, focusing on strategic expansion and intensification of EMC Kerala’s initiatives through exchange of information and knowledge, collaboration on application and implementation of policy and practices, capacity building, and resource mobilisation.
