Danfoss adds new features to its Ref Tools

Danfoss has announced adding of new feature named Product Finder to its Ref Tools.

According to Danfoss, the Ref Tools app is an essential part of an HVACR professional’s toolbox, provides the guidance, support, information, and tools to do their job—and do it quickly and efficiently.

Now, Ref Tools is getting another feature called Product Finder that will make it even more useful, the company claims.

“Quick and easy access to documentation and product data is absolutely crucial for our customers and partners. With this new feature in Ref Tools, I truly believe we’ll be able to make it much easier to find exactly that,” explains Janni Koie, Global Marketing Communications Director for Danfoss Cooling.

Henrik Thomsen, Ref Tools project manager said, “With Product Finder, we’ve laid the groundwork to create a tool that guides the user intuitively from problem identification to the solution. This means there is still much more in store for the users. This is only the beginning. We’re currently looking to integrate troubleshooting and product scanning into the feature.”
