PremiStar broadens market reach with acquisition of Mercury Mechanical

PremiStar expands its footprint in the Chicagoland area, Illinois, and Southern Wisconsin while maintaining committed to meeting the needs of customers in the commercial, industrial, health care, education, retail, municipal, government, and senior living sectors.

PremiStar, a leader in commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and building automation services, took over Mercury Mechanical, a full-service HVAC, sheet metal, and pipe contractor based in Northlake, Illinois. With this acquisition, PremiStar broadens its presence in the Chicagoland area, Illinois, and Southern Wisconsin while remaining focused on addressing the needs of customers in the commercial, industrial, health care, education, retail, municipal, government, and senior living business segments.

Mercury Mechanical, founded in 1963, was acquired by business President Dave Ruggles in 1997.
