HVAC training facility to improve programs for skill development

Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Ltd. and the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) partnered to open HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) Training Facility at the DSEU Campus to conduct skill development programs for technicians and students to improve their understanding and proficiency in HVAC technologies.

Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Ltd. has provided state-of-the-art resources, including HVAC units, equipment, and training materials. DSEU has developed an extensive infrastructure within its campus, ensuring a conducive environment for imparting high-quality training. This partnership will foster skills development for students and technicians. It will also support faculty training and innovation, enabling them to inculcate the latest industry trends and technologies.

Through this facility, both Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Ltd. and DSEU will run training programs where Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Ltd. has provided the tools and equipment required.  DSEU will leverage its training resources to enhance students’ and technicians’ education. The partnership envisions students and technicians to work on live projects and getting internship opportunities with the organization that will unleash their potential to work with the organization or its Channel Partners eventually. Furthermore, Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Ltd. will conduct workshops and programs to enhance the skills of DSEU faculty.
