Carrier India has launched the Made in India – 30 RB Air-Cooled Modular Scroll Chiller, designed to meet the changing demands of the Indian market.

This product is precisely created to meet the changing demands of the Indian market, setting new standards for cooling efficiency and reliability while delivering value to areas such as railways, MES, metro, and others. The Carrier Modular Scroll Chiller, designed particularly for the various weather conditions in India, sets a new level for adaptability and performance. Its capacity to combine up to 16 units in one module guarantees seamless operation and uninterrupted performance throughout a large temperature range from 10°C to 48°C, hence optimising cooling efficiency in a variety of climatic situations. These units are fitted with Shell-&-Tube heat exchangers, which ensures smooth operation even in low water quality.

The Carrier Scroll Chiller, with innovative components such as a high-precision electronic expansion valve and a V-shaped condenser, maximises efficiency and heat exchange efficacy. Furthermore, effective protective systems such as a water flow switch and an anti-freezing programme improve the system’s performance and stability.

According to the new Chiller Star Labelling Programme, these chillers are expected to fall into the 3 and 4-star categories, putting them at the top of the modular scroll chiller market.
