Alaska PUF launches new range of durable pipes

Alaska PUF Industries, has introduced an attractive collection of PUF pipe support that has high aesthetic appeal, and, specifically manufactured. The new range of products are durable and leak proof nature. Moreover, these products are manufactured by innovative professionals, with superior grade raw material and sophisticated technology. Further, it can be customised as per client’s requirements.

Polyurethane foam is one of the major components of high-density pipe supports, manufactured at Alaska PUF industries. Polyurethane are different from most plastic materials, and can be tailored to meet various load requirements of applications. High density PIR/high density PUF is foaming polymer, having features of plastic, rubber and cork wood, produced through high speed stirring with the main raw material of isocyanate and polyether, added with foaming agent, contacting agent and flame retardant. Old techniques of wooden pipe support for the plant erection and pipe lines, are now replaced by PUF pipe support.The final product has three-dimensional honeycomb structure, composed by thousands of tiny uniform hermetically sealed cells.

It has low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength, low water absorption, anti-hydrolyses, non-flammable, molding exactitude, which wood products don’t have. Also, it’s a new ideal material for cryogenic pipe line and equipment’s supports, bearing part and bracket. They offer a wide range of PUF supports. The usual density range of PUF support is 100 kg/m3 to 350 kg/m3. Alaska PUF industries offer density from 100 kg/m3 to 500 kg/m3. We offer the PUF saddles as per requirement of clients in terms of design.
