For the manufacturers pioneering the future of HVACR, the Innovation Awards is an annual competition co-sponsored by the AHR Expo, ASHRAE, and AHRI. The awards recognises the most inventive and original products, systems, and technologies showcased at each year’s AHR Expo.
Each year, one of the category winners is selected as the Product of the Year winner which is announced during the show Products go head-to-head in the following categories: building automation; cooling; heating; indoor air quality; plumbing; refrigeration; software; sustainable solutions; tools & instruments; and ventilation.
2025 AHR Expo Innovation award winner in the Software category is Radiant Professionals Alliance. RPA’s free interactive Building Efficiency System Tool™ 6.2 (BEST 6.2) revolutionises HVAC system efficiency comparison. BEST Software is held by Taco (which has control over the content and function thereof). The Software is copyrighted and protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
Other nominated Software Finalists were J2 Innovations, Inc. Edge2Cloud and Neptronic Neptronic Integrated Management System (IMS).
