Del-Air partners with ARS to expand home services in Florida

Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning, and Electric acquired ARS/Rescue Rooter and Vero Beach, offering a full suite of home services including air conditioning, air purification, plumbing, and electrical services.

Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning, and Electric has acquired and merged ARS®/Rescue Rooter® Vero Beach, a trusted brand providing plumbing, air conditioning, and heating services on Florida’s east coast.

The new partnership is set to provide diversified services for ARS®/Rescue Rooter® customers and clients to include a full suite of home services from Del-Air, including air conditioning, air purification, plumbing, and complete household electrical, ventilation, and air duct services. Del-Air is majority-owned by Astara Capital Partners.
