The company also develops Smarter and more energy-efficient air-moving solutions, such as EC motor technology, that meet and surpass global market standards. Additionally, Fergas emphasises social sustainability through its ‘Force of Good’ initiatives, actively supporting the local communities we serve.

Fergas adheres to and develops products that meet the highest global standards while adapting to local requirements, which can vary by country or continent. Fortunately, many of our key markets accept and require fundamental ISO standards, including IATF16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
How are the IoT and AI influencing the optimisation of the global HVAC supply chain?
We are taking the next step in manufacturing processes with automation and AI-driven solutions for improved factory connectivity and monitoring. It has a massive impact and is a key to new product development. Connectivity extending to the end user and consumer will become a requirement for all products, with the highest efficiency standards to save energy and reduce emissions. While specific requirements may vary by country, the general direction and trend are consistent.

We research solutions through various approaches. The vision focuses on making customers successful with air-moving solutions. It involves a deep understanding of customer needs, which we achieve through close, long-term relationships. We offer a global solution by supporting fast development and managing critical supply stages, with the capability to produce the product from up to five different facilities. Production flexibility is a global competitive advantage in a world facing free trade and supply chain challenges. Aligning with the vision of establishing The Fergas Group as a global supplier, we plan to build a local manufacturing facility in India.
From Fergas’ perspective, we expect a market recovery in 2025 in key markets like Germany and China, along with a strengthening of the North American markets. Further, we anticipate India maintaining its strong growth and leading as an emerging market.
