Pfannenberg introduces X-Series cooling units for industrial cooling

The new X-Series cooling units feature an optimised control algorithm using Inverter technology, and Smart control offers unmatched precision cooling, improving energy efficiency.

The innovative X-Series from Pfannenberg, Inc., focuses on energy efficiency and operational effectiveness for industrial cooling applications. The units are designed to meet the demanding needs of modern industries. They feature an optimised control algorithm using inverter technology developed from years of expertise. It allows for the precise adjustment of cooling power required to maintain the temperature within the enclosure. Also, this reduces the start and stop cycle in other cooling units, significantly reducing energy consumption. The X-Series guarantees precise temperature control within a tolerance of +/- 0.1 K, preventing risks associated with over-heating and thus protecting sensitive electronic components.

The X-series units will be available in two mounting options: standard side or surface mount, which avoids any intrusion inside the cabinet, and recessed mount, where the unit is installed on the enclosure door. It makes it ideal for space-constrained areas around the enclosures. Maintaining the time-tested Pfannenberg design, the X-series features a great distance between the hot air intake and the cold air outlet to prevent short cycling. Using top-of-line fans, it delivers high airflow to push through densely packed enclosures, preventing hotspots.

The X-Series includes two models: the 6X1E, covering a power range from 1,000 W to 2,800 W, and the 6X2E, covering a range from 2,000 W to 4,500 W. These units deliver superior performance with unparalleled efficiency. Both units offer robust flexibility, equipped with a standard RS 485 interface and Modbus RTU protocol, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems for real-time monitoring and control.
