AirReps, a subsidiary of Daikin Comfort Technologies, has acquired Integrated Systems and Controls and InControl to enhance commercial services.

Daikin’s subsidiary, AirReps, has successfully acquired Integrated Systems and Controls, LLC (Integrated) and InControl, two well-established businesses based in the Seattle metro area. Integrated Systems is widely recognized for its exceptional OEM startup and warranty support services, specializing in complex equipment and applications. Meanwhile, InControl offers a range of controls and energy management products, including control monitoring and metering, which aligns with Daikin’s ongoing technology advancements.

These strategic acquisitions aim to address the growing demand for integrated services in the commercial market. By integrating the capabilities of Integrated Systems and InControl, Daikin, together with AirReps, will enhance their VRV and Light Commercial business offerings. This includes expanded service capabilities, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance programs.

Takayuki (Taka) Inoue, Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Daikin Comfort Technologies, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisitions, stating that they will significantly bolster AirReps’ capabilities and allow the company to provide a comprehensive range of services to its customers. The expanded portfolio will encompass a wider variety of products, enhanced controls support, and comprehensive maintenance and repair services, ranging from start-up to long-term support.
