The proliferation of commercial and residential complexes, retail infrastructure, and office spaces in the country is projected to fuel the need for Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning systems. To address mounting environmental concerns, the HVAC sector has shifted towards reduced carbon intensity, lower fuel consumption, and electricity usage, leading to heightened demand for energy-efficient HVAC equipment. The mounting concerns for indoor air quality necessitate high-level filtration and comfortable cooling solutions.

India has made an extraordinary achievement by being the first country to launch a global cooling action plan to combat the effects of climate change. The country has set ambitious objectives, such as reducing nationwide cooling demand by 25% by 2037-2038. The implementation of sustainable space cooling solutions has the potential to curtail annual greenhouse gas emissions by 213 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent by 2040.
