IoT is defining a system so what is IoT!
IoT in a smart HVAC is smarter than we expect. What is IoT and how it will impact HVAC system to improve. We introduce AI system into the HVAC system to make air conditioning smarter. It is smarter combination of some hardware and software. The hardware is some sensors and other sensor are like occupancy temperature, humidity, CO2 VoCs and sensors.
And a smart damper, VFDs and chilled water actuators are kind of hardware we have and we have big backbone behind that, called as data processing. With Data processing we do a lot of analytics. And based on these analytics, we put one parameter and based on that parameter modulate our air conditioning system with the help of our hardware and software IoT is a combination of hardware, software and output. So, in IoT with the help of this smart dampers, smart system, smart hardware i.e., data analytics, we will achieve an output of real time forecasting availability, energy management and control advanced planning of informant’s tool, also detailed report on alerts and predictive maintenance. The real time forecasting availability is when we connect the system through internet to communicate through internet.
How system behaves is how system is performing so, share about efficiency of a system.
We can control the system also. We can moderate the system. And controlling is based on our real time ambient condition and real time presence in our stores or in our mall area. In a mall or store we have a lot of energy, where it is wasted. In mall and shopping complex, we have to optimise these things, which earlier we used to do with the building management system BMS system and now, we are just one set step ahead to optimise further one more level, which is why we call this IoT and AI system.
We can predict the future also. We can predict the upcoming flow of people. Upcoming means, we can predict all what is; what would be the upcoming temperature like how our Google predicts – next day would be rain, it would be thunderstorm or sunny like. And similarly, we can predict other things based on the history and behaviour of the customers and now we can predict – what is the flow of people coming to a store and malls. It is an intelligent system. And then Detail Report and Alerts Detail Report and real time data and reports to how system is performing, how system are efficient! It gives the predictive maintenance obviously. IoT is so smart, it will balance your air flow and optimise your air quality, indoor air quality and outdoor air quality both, dynamic chilled waters balancing also, it will do because we have a two three kind of system available in the market. It will balance all this with their smart data and analytics and it will give analytic report to us to read out the technical and consultant will read out how the system is behaving. Our country is developing, IoT are not fully developed, like US and UK where the system is absolutely up to date and where we can do through mobile and now our country is growing towards that IoT and system.
So, we have a certain challenge where we have a lot of issues like connectivity issues. Where we can do the real time thing and all, it I feel like, if we have a challenge like these small challenges, we are becoming smarter than US and UK. We are much ahead of that Google technology nowadays. We will be growing in IoT like anything and we will come up with a different kind of solution which is customised to Indian condition and Indian condition will give a tough competition in IoT.
I think a lot of company are pitching us for this IoT, AI, which is a very much and very energetic market in India. And I think, in upcoming two to three year it will be very high market for everyone. So, even though for new students and new consultant, it could be in second level market. We can see market will be growing that way only because every retailer, every developer, wanted to optimise this expenditure, which we call as an operation expenditure. I think all of aware, but energy consumption towards HVAC is more than 40 to 45 percent in a mall in the store. So, if we optimise that part, we will be saving. So, I have to conclude in that way, we have to be ready for this interesting market. And we have to be ready for these kinds of challenges. So be ready for these challenges.
